    Description

These are vintage Michigan State Police fatigue trousers.  They started making them in 1958 for search/rescue operations and be more
    flexible
.  No one made police fatigues at that time.  These were made by Michigan State Industries (Prison).  Although used, they are clean and in great shape.  These were used in the 1960"s Detroit Riots.  Used with the Ridgeway fatigue hat, remember them?  In the "70's Work Ware came out with a navy-blue fatigue and MSP bought-in to them.  Later, other Mfg's entered the production and Work-Ware
    ceased
doing business.  I have a few new work ware fatigues.  Please note:  The use of fatigues at that time was a research process which were created two types of cotton blend material.  The picture on the left side is one of the first productions; the picture on the right is of a smoother finish material.  I have one with take-in tabs on the waste and end of pant leg cuff.  I may no longer have any matching Jac/shirts. I have many of these all about the same size.  Some seem to be made to have the waste-band
with extra material so it can be let-out for larger wastes.  I will combine ship.  Flat-rate shipping:  .00
