Harley Davidson OEM 1990 & Later SOFTAIL 5 Speed Splined Mainshaft Transmission

Used 5 speed transmission for Harley Davidson softails
It has the enlarged hole for the one-piece starter (introduced in 1989)
Also has splined mainshaft (introduced in 1990)
Condition of internals is unknown but I popped the lid off and noticed that some the teeth on the main drive gear are damaged/missing - check second photo!!!!
Mainshaft binds where the main drive gear teeth are missing/damaged, preventing the main shaft from spinning freely
There may be more damaged parts that I cannot see, I did not pull the cassette from the case
Is being sold as-is for parts in non-working condition
You will have to replace the damaged part(s) before bolting it on a bike!
