We are Toys & Gamers Ltd, making a living from this whole internet shopping sensation!
From our Kids.......to your kids!
Back in 2015 we shopped and shopped around, looking for a birthday gift for our twins, who had lists and lists of birthday gift ideas; the problem was, what on earth is Minecraft? Minecraft and Castle Crashers over and over again, T-Shirts, Toys, Pencil Case for school. We couldn't find anything, anywhere for ages, until we found a niche company in the States selling a few bits and pieces.
Problem was, our youngest, who had a birthday next, then produced his own list containing much of the same stuff. It was then we decided to open a business online selling these "random" computer game graphic adorned items here in the UK.
Shortly afterwards, we started receiving requests from people for more and more things, and that's how it all started.
We try and set ourselves apart by providing those designs and items that nobody else can get, and at fair pricing.
With the market now flooded with Fortnite, Minecraft and other popular game items, we source only official items from all over the world to stop people being held to ransom with high pricing, and fake goods. Our promise is quality, and service, that you would expect from a friend, not just an online store.

Payments are accepted STRICTLY via eBay approved methods.
We ask that you pay within 24 hours of purchase; and if this isn't possible drop us a message before buying, and we will try to help. Many people spot something they want, but can't pay until payday. We don't mind that, but please let us know, as the eBay Unpaid Item Assistant will automatically open if you don't let us know.
Toys & Gamers WILL ALWAYS post items within the handling time stated in their listing, using the delivery service the buyer selected at checkout. Our DEFAULT is sending an item on the day of purchase, if before 3pm, and a working day, and if after this time, the item is sent the next working day.

We will ALWAYS resolve issues, as we want you to be happy with the item, and come back to our store. Plus, let your friends know about us, and they will let their friends know. A strong business is built on Word of Mouth and Referrals, and we strive for perfection.
It is not always possible to get things right 100% of the time, and therefore please let us know if anything goes wrong via messaging, not via bad feedback.
As an online retailer, we are also at the mercy of Royal Mail, DHL, Hermes and Deutsche Poste, our couriers. We've all had issues with them in the past, with missing packages or letters, and we are no different. Sending out around 500-1000 items per day, we invariably lose 1-5% of these. If the item is high value, we send items tracked, but for lower value items that would mean charging our customers more than is necessary, so we rely on the overall good service of our courier partners.
Our promise is, let us know, and we will resolve it.

Returns are something that no retailer likes, but our online customers don?t have the opportunity to examine the goods prior to purchase.
The Distance Selling Regulations set out your right, as our customer, to examine the goods in their own home and return them for any (or no) reason.
As the merchant we will always offer a full refund including outgoing postage costs, but we do specify that the you, the buyer pays the return carriage costs.
We also limit the period of returns to 7 working days from receipt of the goods.
As a business, we MUST insist that ALL returns are returned as received, with full tags and packaging in place, as they were when you received them. We cannot accept returns for Hygiene or safety items.
