    Description

    For sale is the
    wide ratio kit (6 gears)
that was removed from a 1992 Honda CR500R.
There is wear from use on these parts including marks, scars, corrosion and surface pitting. Some of the gear teeth shows scars. Some gear dogs show wear as well.
3rd gear countershaft (23T) is included and is shown in photos 3 & 4
. Fits 1988-2001 CR500R. I'm not sure of the branding. IMS or HRC is my first thought after doing research. HRC was made first and then IMS made some for a few years after.
The condition of this item is displayed in the pictures above. If you have any questions please contact me.
I've been told these drastically change the ride on the CR500R. HRC wide ratio kit for CR500R has been discontinued for nearly 30 years. Other brands include IMS/ Moose, Baja Designs/ Madman all discontinued today. There are no details or photos of the IMS or other brands that I could find online other than that they existed. I am including the few details I was able to uncover from HRC. If you know anything about the wide ratio kit(s) please feel free to message me.
